What can we do?
Excite Pharma Services has the capabilities to sterile fill smaller-scale amounts of product and batch sizes in our cGMP facilities located in Missouri and Kansas. We have multiple fill lines as well as hand fill options for whatever best suits your needs. Some of our previous endeavors include vials of product as small as 2.8mL and upwards of 280mL, ranging in size from 3,000 to 10,000 vial batches. If you can think it, we can help you make it come to fruition. Once we are done you will have a product that is totally sterile and ready to use.
Our ISO5 fill lines include machines that specialize in 2-20mL and another for 100-500mL ranges. We also offer ISO5 manual fills for the smallest of batches numbering 500 units. We’ve done eye drops, nasal sprays/gels, injectables, topicals, laboratory solutions and the like.
Excite knows it can be difficult to find a solution to the problem of needing smaller batches and that’s why we’re here. Whether you need 2mL, 5mL, or 10mL vials or even larger, we can get it done. Our in-house GLP laboratory gives us the ability to take the end product and perform all analytical testing once we’ve completed the fill. Excite can remove the worry and stress from having to use multiple organizations for different steps because we do it all, beginning to end.
