Excite is proud to announce the first Retiree to join the program – Darrell Brammer.
Darrell’s thoughts on the program:
As someone who just retired from my full-time job in education and business, I am not ready to totally disconnect from all those people and talents I’ve worked for years to establish and hone.
I know that there are many other people who have great talents, experience, and extensive training that they would prefer not to go to waste or grow stagnant.
There are also many companies in need of the same expertise these individuals possess. With part time or job share these individuals have much to bring to companies. These individuals could help to mentor or train younger individuals, thus helping to strengthen current and future employees.
As retirees they most of all want to still make an impact and be helpful to businesses.
Their connections and expertise could benefit many companies.
