When smaller scale, or batches with unique requirements necessitate, we also offer manual hand-fill sterile manufacturing to better suit a clients’ needs (i.e., an LFH hand-fill might be the right choice for a clinical trial batch that requires 1-100 units, utilizing a syringe filtering system and an operator to deliver 1mL of a protein solution to each vial.) In response to the increasing market demand, our most recent addition to our manufacturing offerings now include production of sterile ophthalmic solutions and eye drops. To make this simple, Excite has purchased two high-speed ophthalmic filling machines for production of new and existing drugs. Our client-driven projects determine batch size and range anywhere between 50 and 50,000 units, making no batch too small for consideration.
